This course includes live demonstrations of automatic saving, instant sharing and version control that will enable your people to more effectively manage their work – from anywhere, on any device.

 

 

 

Course Outline:  

Getting Started:

  • Access your files anywhere – from any device

  • Keep your important files with you on your device and work offline (sync client)

Collaborate and Share:

  • Share your files with others

  • Work together in real time

  • Check past file versions

SharePoint Team sites & Outlook Groups: (If applicable) 

  • Access shared content from a team site

  • Synchronize files from your team site with your PC

 

Attendance: Up to 25 people on site (where possible) or Online via Teams

Duration: 1 hour

Location: Anywhere in Australia

Travel Costs:  Applicable unless 2 or more courses booked on same day
