Microsoft Surface Warranty / Service

Microsoft Devices all come with a limited 1 year warranty (2 years under Australian Consumer Law).

Microsoft handle all their warranty and service issues directly however if you are still experiencing difficulties, please feel free to contact us.

Microsoft offer extended warranties as well as Complete for Business warranties.

Microsoft Extended Hardware Service:
extend your warranty to 3 or 4 years
(must be purchased within 45 days of your device purchase)
Terms and conditions

Microsoft Complete for Business:
extend your warranty to 3 or 4 years PLUS Accidental Damage protection (2 per device)
(must be purchased within 45 days of your device purchase)
This is designed for businesses that have fewer than 250 employees but still want to extend their warranty and protect devices from accidents.   Covers devices against damage caused by accidents, including cracked screens, spills, power surges etc.  A replacement device will be delivered to your company the next business day.
