How can I find out how many licenses I have & the license details?
Go to the License Key Lookup page and submit your details.
How do I transfer my copy of Revu from one device to another?
Just follow these instructions. You'll need the serial number and product key listed in the License Certificate, which was originally sent to you from registration@bluebeamops.com.
Bluebeam Licensing Information
Bluebeam Revu Academic Licences
Academic licenses are only available for purchase directly from Bluebeam's Academic License website.
Students and educators with a ".edu " email address are eligible to purchase an Academic license of Revu eXtreme.
Bluebeam Revu Professional Home Use (PHU) Licences
Professional Home Use (PHU) licenses are for people who use Bluebeam Revu at work and would like to use Revu on their home computer as well. Employees are eligible to purchase one PHU license for each seat of Revu their employer has purchased.
These licenses are only available for purchase directly from Bluebeam US. Please contact sales@bluebeam.com.
Bluebeam Revu Open Licensing - eXtreme
Open Licensing is ideal for users that only need Revu for a few hours a day. It is a cloud-based floating license system that allows organisations to authorise user access to Revu from a pool of shared seats/licenses.
Since seats are tracked through Bluebeam's licensing server, you do require an internet connection. Open Licensing is sold as a subscription that is renewed annually and is only available for Revu eXtreme. Maintenance is included.

Bluebeam Revu Enterprise Licensing
Enterprise Licensing is an excellent solution for larger businesses. It is an add-on for Perpetual Licensing designed to manage computer turnover. It automatically releases licenses from decommissioned machines and allows a 5% installation overage. Only users with Perpetual Licensing and active Maintenance are eligible for Enterprise Licensing.

Bluebeam Revu Upgrades
Minor Upgrades
Bluebeam release minor upgrades to Revu when they make small enhancements to the latest version of the software. For example, if you purchased a Revu 2019 license, you can upgrade to version 2019.5 or any other version 2019.x release at no additional cost. Download updates by visiting their Support page.
Major Upgrades
Bluebeam release a major upgrade to Revu each year with significant enhancements and features. An example of a major upgrade would be an upgrade from Revu 2017 to Revu 2019. To purchase a major version upgrade please contact us via email or call us on 1300 110 101 - you will need your current license serial number

How do I upgrade my current Revu edition to a different one?
This would be considered a crossgrade. A crossgrade is changing product editions within the same version year (i.e., Standard 2018 to eXtreme 2019). Crossgrades are limited to the CURRENT version. Any other upgrades from a previous version to a current version would be a regular upgrade (i.e., Standard 2016 to eXtreme 2019).
