Microsoft Planner - Get your teams on schedule

How can you keep your Team on track?  Microsoft Planner is a simple team-based task management app that takes the chaos out of teamwork.  

Planner makes it easy for your team to create new plans, organise and assign tasks, share files, chat about what you’re working on, and get updates on progress.

Course Outline:

With Planner on your PC, Mac or mobile device:

• Create new plans, assign tasks and share files with others
  
  
• Organise teamwork and collaborate on projects in a simple, visual way
  
  
• Chat with others to make sure you're on the same page
  
  
• Keep track of your teams progress and stay on top of your work - from anywhere, on any device
  
  
• Manage your plans in the Microsoft Planner mobile app
• Work with your assigned tasks in your Microsoft To Do app
  
  
• Integrate your plan with Microsoft Teams
  
  

Attendance: Up to 25 people on site (where possible) or Online via Teams 

Duration: 1 hour
